Depending on the severity it could take a while, you can do workings and keep searching for physical cures. It could be worth it for you to go see a higher end specialist in a different city, they generally care more and will not write you off. I went through an issue that effected my nervous system and it’s genetic, and it took me years to figure it out. Almost having life ruining surgeries from idiot doctors in the mean time. The day I was scheduled for one I had to up and move somewhere and wound up trying to transfer it to a new city. When I saw the new doctor he was stunned that anyone would try to schedule that type of a surgery when it wasn’t even certain, explained the damage that could happen and then sent me off somewhere better. I don’t believe that there’s never any hope or help for anyone for most things so don’t listen to what you were told just yet.
I can’t say that I’m fully cured but through meditation and work in many areas it’s managed and no longer effects me anywhere near where it use to, and a lot of the nervous issues haven’t been prevalent. My mind can work around sporadic issues with it to a point where it feels like it’s nonexistent. Physically my organs are still affected but not like they use to be. No seizures, very little pain. I use to writhe around from it.
What I’d say not to do is go about stimulating kundalini or forcing it for almost any reason when it comes to trying to cure it. I think it can sometimes come on it’s own accord when a person is facing death from a health issue.
