The RTRs help with everything. Do them, follow the schedule.

A consistent schedule of yoga and the RTR's helps get rid of the issues, and has shown me more about myself. It's dug up old dross, which sucks, but gotta deal with it.

Just advancing will help in general, but these results aren't the only way to judge "progress."

Rtr's help with just about everything. Also, planetary squares have helped me with somethings.
