If something is not explained on the JoS it is sacred Knowledge and not revealed for a reason to just anyone, you know?

Not everyone should work with elements. They are in the advanced section for a reason. The bellow's breath is fine. Many people thinking they're suddenly master yogi and skipping steps on the ladder doesn't help.
