This book has been priceless in strengthening my bones, tendons, muscle fascia, and even organs.
There is an art in this book called "covering oneself with the golden bell" that I have applied to myself daily. I changed things a bit and have developed my own method of training the golden bell art.
Thank you! I’ll try this out. What do you think of the
28 Day Shaolin Workout by Shi Yan Ming? I was gonna start with that workout.
I was planning to use the
MELT Method by Sue Hitzmann to hydrate my fascia then
Iron Shirt Chi Kung by Mantak Chia and
Tendon Nei Kung by Mantak Chia to strengthen my fascia.

Bone Strengthening Qi-Gong is another art that made me quite superhuman in comparison to the average person. Shaolin Wushu is my passion, and I've checked out a lot of different arts. It's effectiveness is mind blowing.
Which bone strengthening Qi-Gong routines do you use?

This is where I started qi gong. I used to have the pdf for 5 form qi gong, but lost my old phone and am rebuilding my library. Basically 5 animal frolics and I have developed my own version of golden bell that is a mixture of techniques from iron shirt and shifu Lan Wei methods of self striking.
I have made separate canvas bags full of mung beans, pea gravel, and steel shot. I started with mung beans bag and strike myself 108 times from head to toe with it. I use a 108 steel rod tetsutaba for my back, shins, and feet. After striking each part of the body 108 times, it adds up to over 10,000 strikes. I did mung bean which I call 1st tier for 108 days. Morning and night if time permits, but it is okay to do it once daily. After the 108 days on mung beans I go to pea gravel bags, then steel shot bags. The jow is important, this is my favorite most affordable and quality jow I've found thus far, https://www.google.com/shopping/product/1?q=seven+gates+black+hand+dit+da+jow&client=ms-android-americamovil-us-revc&sa=X&biw=412&bih=695&tbs=vw:l,ss:44&prds=num:1,of:1,eto:4881388630881945408_0,prmr:1,pid:4881388630881945408,cs:1&ved=0ahUKEwiV6ISq7K3wAhVUMVkFHW6oCmwQgjYIkgc
Always listen to your body on the golden bell training and if it hurts strike more softly as it can cause permanent internal damage if you push too hard, as you probably well know. You even want to strike sensitive areas and pressure points, basically anywhere you feel soft or tender. Even if the strikes are baby taps they do their job and you can slowly build up to harder strikes with caution.
I looked at your links and your regimen seems like a very good and effective one. Most modern fitness people and bodybuilders here in west ignore fascia and tendons and they are your foundation. They ignorantly think the yogas and static streching is feminine and laugh at me for doing it. Thank you for sharing those links as I find them useful and legit and will study and apply these as well. I also forgot to mention the importance of good diet and vitamin and mineral supplements, I've read calcium is best absorbed when taken with zinc and I eat a hell ton of sweet potatoes for my zinc but also supplement with a self tailored vitamin regimen. You mentioned being female and I'm not so familiar with female biomechanics but do realize female bone density is less than male. I know you will always listen to your body and you are great at doing your research.
