Is it possible to "remove" programs i.e. affirmed energy running in your system?

I recall it's been mentioned beings of higher power have the ability to remove old programs and either rid of them or re-kabaltize it with a newer affirmed energy.

For example: A being of higher power did a Fehu rune earlier in their life and found they acquire 200 dollars more per week from unknown but safe, healthy, positive, and beneficial sources. They remove the program and do another Fehu runic blast and then they notice after a period of time. It's not 200 dollars anymore it's an additional 50,000 dollars a week.

Or someone did magick and it created some issues. They notice it and remove it and re-create the same scenario only with a better more intelligent outlook from the energy, affirmation, and directing they performed.

If a working is done permanently, it becomes exponentially and continually created and in effect- creating, so any advancement of the individual will "advance" the permanent working on the soul because the soul itself advances.

Everything is also organic so computer science parallels to these levels do not work. Re-doing a working will operate on the bases, and if the case requires, the working itself changes the base, without any need or removing.

Also, permanent changes and energy pools are extremely hard to aquire.
