I am not sure if he is fake or not. But don't pay him any money or buy anything from him. You can learn these siddhis and powers for free by advancing consistenly and following an effective meditation schedule. If he tries to sell you on anything, then most likely he is a fraud. As father Satan gives the info on how to do this for free. It requires hard work, consistency, and serious dedication.
