Is it?

How would one know if they're pushing themselves too much before they find out first-hand what their limit is when they crash? I sometimes tend to push myself overly and unfortunately also unknowingly so I want to be careful... or at least start trying to be ha ha... :?

For me, meditating for 30 minutes equates to over 3-4 hours of sleep, and feels even better than sleep afterward. Don't cut so much of your sleep, better to meditate for 30 minutes or one hour if you will and all is alright.

Pushing the limit in meditation is when you lose your concentration, the body receives a stimulus to move etc. Or you fall asleep which is bad. Put a timer on and experiment with your sweet spot of power/time and in time it will increase if you desire.
