Meditating while day transitions

What's your opinion on starting one of your meditations right before sunrise? In other words you start a meditation like 5 or 10 minutes before the sun rise but don't finish until minutes after the sun already past the horizon. First of I hope this makes sense during this retrograde and second does any of the more experienced members know how energies react if one does during this time. Is good or bad to do especially if it's a one decided to make it a constant thing because of their time schedule. It's not an urgency to meditate during this time but I'd like to know a little more about this for personal reasons.

It will keep you up all night. If you meditate early, these energies set the precedence for how the whole day will be.

Alas mercury retrograde still hits. Then again it could me sucking at explaining myself in this post. Huh.
So I meant the transition between night and day. The point being to start the day on a fixed time but what if that time is affected by day light savings and eventually a person is doing a meditation while the sun rises but it was started before the sun started rising. I hope that makes better sense

I don’t see an issue here. I also do that from time to time.

Ohhhh I see. Well in that case workings should be no more then 24 hours apart and preferably done at the same time everyday. Most workings take like 2 full days to fully drop energies. But be careful of squares as they are an exact science.

Thank you all for the break down and your opinion. It is a good point that as long as I keep it a constant thing and not miss a day I should be good (I feel like I've heard this answer so many years ago now and I'm just remembering now. My mistake

) and of course taking into account the square do need to be precise.
