RTR vibration on Third Eye

Can I vibrate the F-RTR on my third eye to open it fully?
Or the RTR should be vibrated on the soul?

Neither. RTR stands for reverse torah ritual. The intention is the reversal of hebrew aleph-bet, which removes power from jews, and in turn empowers Gentiles overall due to less jew spell power.
