Peace be upon the children of Satan and the gods Twenty-one days ago, I started a forty-day program
I used Björk and maum mantras and meditations to open the crown chakra
I felt happiness after that But it was short-lived
And sometimes I felt a tingling sensation in my crown chakra and head But not too much and it was not intense
I did both Björk and MAUM mantras and I felt more of a headache
And I felt pressure in the crown chakra
Does this mean that my crown chakra is now open?

The tingling means that your chakra is not open and that energy is not going through it, but sideways.

And I also feel pressure on my crown, but it does really hurt xD it feels like someone is pushing Forcefully a metal cone into my head, but without any pain. Just strong pressure
