My understanding and experience through this lifetime has led me to believe having a healthy outlet to many aspects of life is very important and vital for progress and evolving. Energy should be kept moving and not stacked up.

Sexual Energy should be allowed to Expand and Grow. And this is done through a balanced outlet. Sex, Masturbation, Nudity(pornography,sex tapes,phonesex) are all natural outlets of sex.

Emotions should be healthily expressed. Anger and Rage shouldn’t be allowed to be stuck in the body. Revenge, Jealousy, happyness, sadness, Lust,humor. All these need a beautiful outlet. Control of temper is vital. Yet it should be expressed. Don’t turn the other cheek unless you choose to forgive the other person. Don’t accept being hurt or used. Once advanced, one naturally has a higher form of expressing their emotions.

As much as saving money is very important. Keeping the money in motion adds to more money. Investing is a financial outlet. But again living a good life and spending money is a good financial outlet. Even so one should consider the Income and Expenses.

Exercising and working is a good Outlet of the physical energy(body). We work, we get tired, we rest, we work again, and the cycle continues. This is how Expansion and growth happens.

Speaking and expressing oneself through written word is a communication outlet. Communicating, being around people, speaking. All these vital.

The Soul grows through having a balanced Outlet. May the Gods continue guiding us.
