Career working

I'm currently working and studying full time, my course is extremely competitive and takes roughly 6-9 years to complete, using magick is an advantage here I'm just not sure where I should focus my intention.
A) focus my affirmation on the end goal.. to be a successful and proficient (name of title) in (name of field).
B) Focus the affirmation on the academic side of things.
I was thinking option A might be best, because by default it should iron out any hiccups along the way to my goal.. such as problems with study fees (should they arise) etc..
Or should I just focus on B and give myself the edge and extra assistance and focus on A once I've completed my education?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated it.
