Today l read Alain danielou book, and i am very hooked. I wonder what is in is either valid or not, he mention something like doing posture some hours to get an extraodinary abilities samaddhi like god, i wonder if any one has read his books.

Meditation does bring these abilities, I haven’t heard of the book. Just be careful what the new age says and always seek guidance and answers/truth from Satan and the Gods within these things. Happy readings
