Then meditate and RTR and
then meditate and RTR and
then meditate and RTR and
then meditate and RTR and

*circa 18 years later*
theorically now the enemy is defeated and when it's the proper moment you can raise your kundalini (if you already didn't) and then you can start the Magnum Opus
