Is sexual expression ruled by the second or sixth chakra?

Sixth chakra connects to one's identity yes? Or is that the crown? Is it your whole soul? In that case, is it the 2nd chakra that controls sexual expression and identity? Thanks for clarifying.

The energy in the lust portion of sex is centred around the sacral chakra, but similarly also the root chakra (which is the material sensuality portion)
The energy in the love part is centred around the throat chakra, and yes also sort of the pineal chakra. Sexuality does involve the whole soul though, so all of the chakras invariably.
The energy transfers are mainly focused through the sacral and throat though.

Yes, it's the sacral chakra. Sexual hangups and blockages manifest there and block the kundalini energies from properly going up beyond that point.
