This is nothing more than the effect the mass media have over the masses. This is what you can get when you control the information. The problem with the cases you compare is that George Floyd protests are purposefully organised by jews to start a civil-racial war, same like the Michael Brown case that started the Ferguson protests that were intended and organised (and funded by Soros) for exactly same purpose. So this are let's say special/different cases. Rather you should pick an example of a crime of a black person that wasn't exploited for jewish interests, probably the comparison would look different.

Going back to mass-media, there can be 1000 dead Emilies, if mass-media doesn't spread the information about the crimes, people won't find them and therefore nobody will have a reaction. For example the entire planet knows about 6 million jews murdered by Nazis but how many people know about 8 million Ukraineans killed by communist jews? The comparison here is relevant because the holocaust and the George Floyd case are somehow similar. They were spread world-wide and mass-media used as much disinformation as they could. Mass-media never say about holocaust that it never happened and it was made up of lies and fake proofs, in a similar way mass-media never say that for one George Floyd has been convincted multiple times for drug use and was involved in the robbery of a pregnant woman and who knows what other things he done, and for two, George Floyid was high on drugs when he died and apparently he didn't die because of the knee on his neck, but because of hearth attack, HP Mageson wrote about this.

So this is how mass-media manipulate the masses, where a lot of people are brainless sheeps, all believing what media says because it's `official` or maybe because they are too lazy and dump and ignorant to research things themselves.
