So I had a question can a non-satanist do final RTR and would it will have the same effect??

Just curious because I wanted my younger brother to do it although he not old enough to understand about satanism. He is just 9 years old.

I think he is too young to get involved. The ideea is to understand something before you do it.

Why wasting time making someone else do what you are supposed to do yourself?

Is he just a dumb nine year old? Kids understand more than you think they do. And no, he should be dedicated first. Doing the RTR without dedicating will leave him open to spiritual attack. Anyone that wants to do the RTR should be dedicated and understand how to clean and protect themselves spiritually. I’m not even sure if it’s a good idea for a child to participate in general. You wouldn’t send a kid off to war...

Also consider that he will have to say the affirmations at the end. Kids are super inquisitive, he is going to ask questions and wonder about these things, like why he is destroying Hebrew letters.

If anything, why not teach him simple things about spirituality? Lay out the groundwork so he will be more open to doing this when he will understand what he is doing.

Better for him not to know about it yet. He would definitely end up telling someone, and it could be dangerous for him for people to hear about something like that. Your best friend when you're 9 years old might hate you when you're older, and the rumors go fast.
