Health work

Hi, I quit drinking and smoking a few months ago. On Friday I would like to start a runic job to repair the damage that alcohol and tobacco use have done to my body.
Do you think I should focus on the organs that have been damaged, liver, lungs, brain and heart, one at a time? Or could I use statements like, "This energy is completely repairing the damage that smoking has done to my body in a safe and positive healthy way"?

Consider doing SATANAMA-chanting 15-30 minutes in a day. Add healing affirmation to end of chanting and voilá.

Is this a variation of the Wunjo rune or is this a Sanskrit word. Sorry to but in I have my own issues I want to heal not related to what the poster is talking about but I am curious.
