Freeing of soul/Saturn/Muscle movements

I've started freeing of soul working from negative karma. I didn't notice that it'S saturn in retrograde when I started. 
Shall I stop it? I'm experiencing involuntary muscle movements when I started the freeing of soul. What does it mean?
