It takes practice to firmly direct energy as you intend it to with good focus, this is why it feels difficult at first and like you really have to make effort.

The more times you do it though with consistent effort and confidence and familiar yourself with it, the easier it will get and you'll eventually be able to move the energy more smoothly with better ease.

Because there is a lot there that needs to be pushed.

I kind of understand if you are having really low vril you wont even understand or feel your own aura being dirty or not realising if you have cleaned it already ( I dont know how to explain this though)
