Yea no kidding he probably was advanced from previous lifetimes. His mistake could be that he didnt manage to break down major blockages in his soul and there wasnt no balance with the ida and pingala.

Discipline is the answer here as well. Consistency in his practice is what allowed him to do it.

Who really knows if it’s solely a past life gain...

He spent 17 years straight focusing on the crown area and developed an intense laser like focus in his practices. So once his shakti was aroused he was able to allow it to go all the way through to his crown. But he encountered severe problems and spent some greater years fixing these.

With the right methods his serpent would have risen without the added pain. His trauma is a lesson that can be learned and makes it clear that without Satan and the Gods one can easily lose the battle to spiritual liberation.

HP Mageson has been giving socratic answers which pushes one past the need to be spoonfed answers and seek out information which is readily available.
