Yes of course you can, i've been using it and after i clean my aura with a mantra for 88 times (just to be sure there is not even a drop of negative energy attackted to me) and i'm almost done with the square and nothing bad happened to me. Try it and see if your life start to get really worse then stop it if not then keep doing it.
