As per my previous post https://ancient-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=36304 I have made MMS and I tried it out today afternoon. As i write this I am telling you guys again that I am not in any way affiliated to Jim Humble's pseudo church organization. As I was using eye dropper style chemical dropper I had to use a minimum of 0.4 ml of MMS which means 8 drops of MMS(8 drops of sodium chlorite solution and 8 drops of 50% citric acid solution I mentioned in my earlier post). I first did my MMS dose of 8 drops in 150ml distilled water(Just make sure water does not have much dissolved salts) in afternoon at empty stomach in. To check if the sodium chlorite and citric acid solutions I made were actually good, I made another dose without any water to see the colour of end result. It did turned out to be amber yellow brown or more like really dark urine in color. To be extra sure I even breathed that amber yellow brown product. Do not breathe this unless you are trying to do breathing protocol as per Jim Humble's book.

I breathed it to check and I knew it wont harm me anyway. It produced chlorine dioxide gas. It smells like fresh swimming pool and gives a instant irritation. Now before breathing or doing anything I had a blocked nose and a mild headache. Now after breathing that stuff, I had a mild nausea like feeling immediately. Now for background, I already had indigestion and mild headache due to blocked nose. The oral mms dose did cause some strange feeling in stomach which was not pain. It made me feel tired. As I re read the books on MMS and one minute cure book on hydrogen peroxide, I read about the side effect or body's reaction to these. MMS and Food Hydrogen peroxide have similar reactions. 8 hours after the MMS oral dose and accidental nasal dose as well, my mild headache is gone and my nose and sinuses are unblocked. I am not sure if i had the nausea like feeling because of smelling it or because of oral dose or because of both.

The reactions for hydrogen peroxide are mentioned in Chapter 4, section 'Internal Use of Hydrogen Peroxide', page 75,76 and 77 of 'The One-Minute Cure: The Secret to Healing Virtually All Diseases' book which is uploaded on Satan's library.

The table on the previous page provides a suggested
schedule for your hydrogen peroxide therapy. Each dose
takes less than 1 minute to administer. Use only distilled
water to dilute hydrogen peroxide; do not use water that has
been chlorinated. The drops should be diluted in 6 to 8
ounces of water.
When you have completed the 23-day regimen in the
table, gradually decrease the dosage by one drop a day until
you get to the maintenance dose of 3 drops (diluted in 6-8 ozs
of distilled water) 3 times a day. This suggested protocol is
based on years of experience and success stories from
thousands of users.
Food grade hydrogen peroxide is very inexpensive
(approximately $13 for a 16 oz. bottle). Therefore, the maintenance
dose of 3 drops in water 3 times a day will cost only
1½ cents per day, and the maximum dose of 25 drops in
water 3 times a day will cost only 12 cents per day.
If you have a serious condition, you may wish to try
taking 25 drops three times daily for one to three weeks
during the beginning portion of the maintenance phase
before tapering down to 25 drops two times per day for up
to six months. Otherwise, you can reduce the maintenance
schedule to between 5 and 15 drops based on how you are
feeling.
Hydrogen peroxide is not tasteless, so once you start
adding more and more drops to your distilled water, you
may discover that it tastes like bleach. Some people find it
impossible to drink water containing 25 drops. Others find
that chewing mint-flavored sugar-free gum after drinking
the solution solves the problem.
If you find the taste unpleasant, try diluting the
hydrogen peroxide with six to eight ounces of milk, aloe
vera, or watermelon juice instead of water. If you are still
bothered by a bleachy aftertaste, cut down on the number of
drops you put into each glass and increase the number of
glasses you drink each day, or simply drink some water after
you drink the oxygen water.
In addition to diluting hydrogen peroxide with chlorinefree
(preferably distilled) water, it is important that you take
it on an empty stomach. The best times are at least one
hour before mealtime and/or at least three hours after
mealtime. Hydrogen peroxide will react with food’s bacteria
in your stomach, and the result is excess foaming, nausea
and possibly vomiting. If you become nauseated at a certain
dosage level, keep taking that dose for a few days until you
feel comfortable.
Although it is not common, you may experience
symptoms including nausea, fatigue, diarrhea and cold or
flu-like symptoms as your body attempts to expel large
amounts of dead cells. This phase is what is referred to as
the healing crisis, which is the body’s reaction to the
removal of disease-causing or toxic conditions. It doesn’t
happen in the majority of cases, but some may experience it,
as well as a range of other minor symptoms. Do not stop
your regimen if you experience these symptoms; you may
be uncomfortable for a day or two, but it means the therapy
is working.
Although uncommon, you may find that your skin may
break out for a few days or longer, or you may even develop
boils or other types of skin inflammations. These symptoms
mean that your body is working hard to get rid of toxins,
and they will pass within a few days. Also, if you have
certain viruses in your stomach, like streptococcus, you
might feel nauseous for the first few days of therapy. It is
very important that you continue your hydrogen peroxide
therapy; do not discontinue use if you experience bothersome
symptoms. Keep in mind that your body is ridding
itself of disease and toxins, and you will begin to feel much
better within a few days.

The reactions of MMS are mentioned various places throughout the book 'MMS Health Recovery Guidebook - Jim Humble and Cari Lloyd'. They are:
Chapter 1 : Getting Started, section 'Definition of Terms', Page 6 which is a short summary of all reactions.
Herxheimer Reaction: Anytime large amounts of
pathogens are being killed off in the body quicker than the
body is able to eliminate the toxins that the dead pathogens
produce, it can cause nausea, vomiting, headaches,
diarrhea or other distress, such as excessive tiredness.
This is called a Herxheimer reaction and is common when
going through a detoxification program, such as following
the protocols in this book. Please note that although the
experience may not make you feel particularly good,
experiencing a Herxheimer reaction is usually a sign that
healing is taking place. This book contains guidelines on
how to ease into the process of detoxification and hopefully
help one minimize the effects of a Herxheimer reaction.

Read this. It is very important. It has antidote for overdose of MMS. It can also be applied for peroxide according to me

Chapter 2 : Safety Precautions, section 'MMS/MMS1', Page 20 which is a antidote for overdose of MMS. It can also be used for hydrogen peroxide according to me as they both are oxidizing agent.
If you take too much MMS1 and have a serious
Herxheimer reaction, (nausea, vomiting, excessive
diarrhea) take Vitamin C as an antidote. Take 2 grams
(2,000 mg) of Vitamin C at once. If the symptoms persist,
you can then take another 1 gram of Vitamin C the
following hour, and another 1 gram the third hour. Do not
go over this amount of Vitamin C. Two other options to
use as an antidote would be: Eat a fresh apple. Do not bite
and swallow, this must be chewed very well. Or take 1
level teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in 1/4 of a cup (2
ounces/60 ml) of water. Drink a few more sips of plain
water after this if desired.

Chapter 3 : MMS Basic Essentials, section 'Feeling Sick', Page 50, which recommends halving doses when facing bad reactions.
Feeling Sick
If nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or excessive tiredness occurs
while taking MMS1, (see Herxheimer reaction on page 6)
immediately reduce the dose by one half but do not
stop taking MMS1 unless the symptoms are too much
to handle. In this case, stop altogether until the condition
has cleared. Once the symptoms have cleared, then start
back at one half the amount you were taking before the
symptoms occurred. If you reduce the amount by one half
and the above mentioned reactions continue, reduce by
another half. Reduce your MMS1 intake in increments
until you find the amount you can take without causing
sickness from the MMS1. Even a very small amount of
MMS1 on an hourly basis will help you, so the idea is to
try not to quit all together if possible. When you find a
comfortable amount of MMS1 that you can tolerate, stick
with that for one to two days and then try to increase your
intake slowly until you reach the proper amount for the
protocol you are on.
Note: If using 50% citric acid and you experience ill
feelings, try 4% HCl instead. Some people cannot tolerate
citric acid.

I would like to know experiences of any other SS on this forum if they have ever used MMS.

P.S:
On my first day I had been taking MMS in a bit wrong way. It still worked but I wondered why my indigestion did not reduce and that explains the strange feelings I had. I was supposed to add the citric acid drops and Sodium chlorite drops first, wait for them to turn amber yellow brown and then add water. Instead i did it in wrong way by adding water first and then adding sodium chlorite and citric acid. I took MMS the right way on 2nd day and I had some diarrhea like symptoms. I took the usual 8 drops. It seems 8 drops is a lot for me. I looked for new dropper bottle which dispenses exact drops. More like a homeopathic medicine dropper. It was hard to come by with such a dropper that is made of HDPE plastic. Then i started looking for other ways to get 1 exact drop from my current dropper. It worked. If i do gentle hand actions, I can get the rubber tip dropper to dispense 1 drop exactly. Even after taking it on 2nd day my blocked nose did reduce a lot as I am writing. I may replace the citric acid with vinegar/4% HCl if it does not suit me. Activated MMS tastes sickly sour with bleachy notes. Citric acid's taste can be nausea causing for many. Do not smell anything bad after that or it can trigger vomiting like it happened with me.
