Sun Square plz help.

by Hello...
When i finished the sun square of today this is the third day i experienced the energy being blocked in my body and my head and checks vibrated like crazy. So how can i solve this?

Are you doing any yoga or breathing exercises? Don't forget to also work on your physicality along with your spirituality. Try doing headstands and breathing exercises related to the crown chakra, as well as working on unblocking any other chakras that may be blocked and stopping the flow of energy in and out of your body.
This is why the squares are considered advanced. You should make sure you have no blockages so the energy you build up can circulate and vent if there is too much.
You can also direct any excess energy to the Gods.
