I was just wondering if anyone here has tried using the Satanas mantra for a full chakra meditation and what, if any, they got from it.

Just to clarify, I was wondering if anyone has tried the following:

Inhale

On The Exhale:

S - Crown
A - 6th
T- Throat
A- Heart
N- Solar
A- Sacral
S - Base

I could have sworn I saw something similar to this, but can’t find anything. Just wanted to verify if this was an effective way to meditate on the chakras.

If you change that actually to SATANAMA then you’ll see some really amazing results.

I do It with yoga and is powerful, not for beginner thought.

Yep, thats a method of empowerment for the chakras. Its SATANAS combined with Yogic Breathing.
You inhale,
Hold for whatever count
On the exhale
S - Crown / Base
A - 6th / Sacral
T- Throat / Solar
A- Heart
N- Solar / Throat
A- Sacral / 6th
S - Base / Crown

Note: The ' / ' is just for dividing 2 methods, NOT vibrating both at the same time.

Starting from the CROWN and making your way down to the BASE, is for when you wish to unblock the chakras.
Going from the BASE up towards the spine, making your way to the CROWN is better for empowerment.

I was told doing CROWN down to BASE for too long can make your energies unbalanced, and the proper method is BASE upwards the spine towards the CROWN.

That’s rather interesting that you talk about going from base to crown, since everyone else is always stressing the opposite. Anyways, thanks for the info. I’m looking to streamline certain aspects of my meditation program, which is why I was asking. I think I will use the Satanas mantra for the full chakra meditation and then meditate on Satan’s Sigil afterwards.

So I guess you could alternate from crown to base and base to crown during the meditation session in order to balance the chakra energies?

I think this will really help. I guess I’ll use the Satanas mantra while visualizing each individual chakra. Then after the meditation session take a few moments to spin them? What do you guys think?
