The Greek alphabet comes from Runic alphabet. Α(Alpha) is a alongated ᚨ(Ansuz). Ω(Omega) is a rounded ᛟ(Odal). Γ(Gamma) and ᚷ(Gibor) are both connected to Swastika. The Greek Η(Eta) is the Norse ᚺ(Hagalaz). The Ι(Iota) is the ᛁ(Isa).
This is why the Greeks attributed a god to each letter. The Greek letters are the Runes, who are the alphabet of Gods.

Von List was doing something on his own. Its established in archelogy the Elder Runic alphabet of 24 letters is the oldest.

Thank you this is interesting, it would be cute to know one day the Greek kabballah but in the end they are all derivated from sanskrit so there is no really need to use it if you already use the runes and sanskrit.
