I am planning on adding the Watchtower meditations to my daily routine. Are the rear chakras triangular in shape and white gold like the others? And if so, I would presume the point would be facing towards the front of one’s body?

the chakras are pointed inwards and hav a pyramid shape. they all have their different colour but when you spin them they should become golden white as u said.

They point towards the middle chakra. So the front and back extensions point inward and the extensions are the same colors as the main chakras. Also there’s extensions for all 7 main chakras not just the 6th, heart and base just FYI.
