You can do multiple workings at once if it is within your capabilities and limits. The only reason you'd want to wait in between workings is to avoid starting a new working during a Void of Course Moon.

There are many websites online where you can track void moons.

If you are in a hurry even 5/10 minutes is good and generaly what i do is 10 minutes between workings. The more you wait the better but if you are in a hurry 10 minutes is enough.

Thank you for responding, I didn't realize it until now but I meant how long should one wait between "meditations" but I guess its sort of on the same baseline as a working except you dont have to wait as long maybe 4-5 minutes?

Since we're basically on the topic of "Workings" I started an aura cleaning working, I did one on the 8th since the moon was in Virgo but couldnt continue it due to problems with life, so I'm re-doing it again.

So, I vibrate Surya 36x into my aura while visualizing white-gold light(mostly gold since I struggle to get mental thought of white and gold) once I'm done I;ll say an affirmation " In a safe and positive manner my aura and chakras are permanently clean of all negative energy now and forever" What do you think of this affirmation?

You do not need to wait between meditations, only on workings. The affirmation look good, i'd vibrate Raum or Surya on each of your seven chakras so they will be cleaned more.
