Yoga "adept powers"?

I'll make this post as short and straight to the point as possible.

Last night I had a dream (not a lucid one but there was this 'moment' of great clarity) and it was revealed to me that some Runes and mantras could allow me to shrink in size and restore my size at will.
In the dream, the one that could shrink was something close to the pronouncitation of "Sowilo" (can't recall the sound perfectly right now), and the restoring mantra was "Temura". (The "Sowilo" one had to be almost whispered.)

So after learning them in the "dream" I summoned this empty room to practice with them and I could feel EXACTLY what it felt to be physically shrinking. The difference in size, perception, it was just perfect beyond anyone's ability to explain it or describe what it 'might' feel like. The restoring mantra felt like the opposite, but it was far less 'stimulating' in a way.

After the dream, I reminded myself of something I read a while ago in a book on 'psychic sciences' which had a chapter about Hatha Yoga. It described how the Yoga adepts unlock eight physical abilities, the first of which is called 'Anima' (which oddly enough is the Italian word for "Soul"), and it allows the adept to decrease to any size.

Now, I always found this, for lack of better words, "super cool". I studied all I could from this but there's obviously not much around to begin with. The eight Yoga adept abilities (just to name them all) are:

Anima: to shrink in size (physically, not astrally)
Mahima: to grow to mountain size
Laghima: to become weightless
Garima: to become extremely heavy
Prapti: to reach anywhere (don't know if as in Astral Projection or actual Teleportation)
Prakamya: to cause a wish to immediately happen (as in a miracle....)
Isitva: to control others (controlling people's thoughts, I guess
Vasitva: to control the Elements, matter, the Universe

Finding the truth behind these has been on my list of things to do since long before becoming a SS, so the question is this....

What do you Brothers/Sisters think of these? True and accomplishable or made up and metaphorical?

I, for one, know that some of them (Laghima=Levitation, for instance) are true, but others, like Anima=Shrinking, just seem like too far fetched perhaps.

If you know for sure about them all or some of them, please let me know. The first one especially, after that dream, just tickles my curiosity.

Actually its shrinking astrally and not physically. Also its talking about shrinking energy into a condensed form, which also means your astral body.

That makes sense to me, I assumed some of the physical ones here wouldn't be physical but merely talking about energy. I know for a fact some others involve the physical plane but some that sound more like a power from Naruto or something better be thought of as energetic, not physical. Thanks for your reply.
