I personally found I procrastinate when I have time on my hands. But getting into a routine can help. Habit is destiny. First you shape habits and then your habits shape you. So plan your day and set aside time for each task. Be organised and plan your day. Use the alarm on your phone. It may sound foolish but allocating time to something and having an alarm alert you when the times up frees you. The body has an ultranian cycle. The body's natural cycle of expanding and renewing energy. So use 60/60/30 solution. 60 minutes work and short rest. Then another 60 minutes work. Then a 30 minute break. So look at what you're doing and what you need to be doing and organise and plan it. I keep a meditation diary where I journal my work.
