I like the muscular part of the meat. The brain tastes interesting.
I hate organs, both the psychological and taste factor make me wanna puke if I eat them
Unlike most organs, the spleen tastes good.
Pig brain and heart are also good (i.e. not bitter)

Me, I'm palms out. Althought I've never read any Arnold....
You should do various bicep curl variations. Different grips focus different heads of the bicep and other muscles, like the Brachialis and forearm muscles. Some emphasizing some muscles over others and if you stick to one curl, you’ll have uneven developments.

Reverse curl, hammer curl, etc. An online search will show many variations for you to try.
Thanks.

Right now it's chicken breast seasoned with Vegeta spice(without MSG). Makes eating chicken everyday rather nice.

Hopefully this video will not resonate with me in the future  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Px7Uc2GrnhE

What are some healthier alternatives to sugar that you guys might know? I'm a big sweets guy and haven't really come across any information on healthier sweeteners for recipes and food that I can verify.

I'd probably think honey but I honestly don't trust a lot of that. It's difficult to get honey that hasn't been processed yet and of course there's my nerve with bee-keeping.

Cold processed honey.
Basicly they cut the edges of the honeycombs and then put the comb in something that spins around fast, emptying the cells.
Also dont look in big chain stores but smaller local stores.

Other than that. sugarcane? Rietsuiker.. Usually is unrefined.
Also there are foods that taste sweet but do not necessarily have the sugar.

As for honey, to keep its properties, it shouldnt be heated to above 40C ...

Winter tea. nice warm and spicey xp.
I also drink a lot of camomile or green tea.. or starmint tea without the peppermint.

Also the tea you mention.. sounds like it might be tea with 'added aromas' which tbh I do not think is healthy..

Although I think Earl gray is basicly black tea with bergamot.

Thankfully, I got over my sugar addiction years ago. I used to eat sweets daily when I was younger so I know how it feels to have that craving.

Even tough I don't use this sweetener in my food(I only ingest it in my protein powder that's sweetened with it), there's a plant called Stevia. It's a natural sweetener 300 times sweeter than sugar.

The only sweetener I use nowadays is honey, preferably from a local beekeeper. Best choice is to see if you have beekeepers close to you and buy honey from them. Ask them for raw honey which is honey that's extracted from the beehive, strained and poured into a bottle. No commercial processing methods are used to make raw honey.

I just checked, yeah it has added aromas :x. It's a shame, I just found that tea lying around in my cupboard and decided to try it... it was really good.
Oh well... I'll have to find a new fruit tea I really like.
I can't stand chamomile... but I'll try star mint tea if I can get my hands on it. Never tried green tea lol, I'm really new to the tea drinking scene :D

I swear I've heard of Stevia before, I might have come across it once when looking for an alternative. I don't imagine it's something easy to obtain though. Also on top of what Lunar Dance 666 said I really am a big fan of honey and honestly despise the big brands though for it.

Bee-keeping is a love-hate relationship for me, there is cruelty found in it and a lot of times the bees will be placed under immense stress for mass production. We do have local farms though and a market as well in the summer, perhaps I might take a look around to see if they sell any honey locally. Small-time bee-farms are a lot easier on honey bees I've found, much more lax.

I have great love for those insects and there are some studies suggesting they may have an inkling of unique personalities even, going about tasks in their own preferred manner, etc. Don't know how much I believe if it, but it's an interesting thought.

I used to work as an apprentice apiarist and it was a wonderful gig. One thing interesting about bees, is my master would teach me methods contradicting common practice. Most notably we would never wear protective uniforms when interacting with bees. The bees were like his children. He loved them dearly and cared for them as often as he could. And he would tell me, just project positive energy. Let them know you won’t hurt them and they won’t attack. I thought it was silly but I would do it. And even surrounded by swarms of bees day to day I was never stung.

Most delicious honey as well.

Darn it I have to retype the message xD. Page refreshed.
Green tea comes from the same plant as Black tea and White tea. Black tea is an oxidized version.
If Im correct the plants name is Camelia sinensis. There are variants where they add different flavors or herbs to it.
One that I have here is combined with Lemongrass.

Also here is the website for the starmint that I meant.
https://www.pickwick.nl/thee/herbal/sterrenmunt/

And this is the one that I buy: https://zonnatura.nl/producten/thee/kru ... enmix-thee

Also avoid tea in piramid bags. Its said those bags contain plastics. You dont want to drink plastics for obvious reasons.

I didn't even knew pyramid bags existed... I bought one of these tea infusers. That way I can buy loose leaf tea and skip teabags altogether :) Image

I'll drink the rest of teas I have at home and then I'll make a big order where I'll get all sorts of different teas so I can experiment with them :D

Errm... I don't want to interfer on the tea party but what about milk? I use to drink at breakfeast with a beaten banana and some natural seeds. Then to eat a bread with a crude egg. I put some water on the fridge, boil, put the egg and so the breakfeast is ready :D . I used to be a high black coffee addiction and left over the false benefits of black tea so now i'm on the milk addiction. I plan to find on some natural pharmacy over here some herbs or sheets to used on natural teas. I apreciatted good advices to drink and eat also. I'm trying to get a descent balance but still being a omnivorous being of course!
