This got to be a mutation right? I mean as in not normal, or frequently occurring.

What do you all think?

It is due to race-mixing. Even the whiter one looks a bit dark.

"Marcia looks more like their mother, who’s English born, and Millie looks more like their father, who’s of Jamaican descent."

They aren't identical twins so there is nothing to wonder. Twins can be born as different genders. Obviously one can have the looks of her White mother and the other from Black father.

The one on the left is black a lot of blacks can have lighter skin like this but the second sight can tell blacks from whites even if they are the rare mulattoes and what not.

I saw another "recent" article in which one commenter said it is not recent news because it was big news about a year ago.

"These twin sisters make us rething everything we know about race"
This is something posted in a magazine controlled by Jews...

http://www.occidentaldissent.com/2018/0 ... ace-issue/

Take into consideration that in a Race Mixed child there is a chance that this kid will have 50% of traits of mother and the rest from the father. If the father is black/white and the mother is black/white then the kid can acquire the white/black skin color and this is random but the black skin is predominant.

Now, what most of people don't consider is the blood group of the mother or father and there are incompatible blood groups and when a kid is born from such "incompatible blood groups" then this kid will carry a TON of diseases like a Jew...this is the other reason of why in the past the Ancient Pagan people didn't mix their race with others.

Only if they're sheep who can't think for themselves.
