Saturn inconjunt my North node?!?

As the title i have found out that my Saturn is inconjunt my North node and is tight, is this a bad things? And what i have to look to find out what this means for me? I kind have an idea but i'm not that sure about it...

Inconjunctions will not matter though - with conjunctions it would. See if your Saturn is important at all via interpreting by way of analyzing the Important Points part of the astrology page.
