I can't say I agree with the last part you said though because you can just look at Japanese women. While there those with big beautiful breast there is also those with very small breasts and it's a fact most of Japanese people live healthy lifestyles. Unless you meant women who are young and childless but have saggy flattened breast then maybe that can be a hormonal imbalance like you mentioned.

An article about breast information.
Breast: information and curiosities Breasts are one of the most appreciated parts of the female body by boys, but it is also one of those that most paranoia us girls. Some would like it bigger and some would like it smaller, some would like it taller and some would like it symmetrical. We are talking about the breasts, symbol of femininity and seduction, among the most delicate and beautiful parts of the body of every woman and which should be taken care of, always, even when young. If we often do not take care of our breasts properly, however, it is because we know very little about them, about the controls that would be necessary, about the pathologies and annoyances that could affect them. So here is a complete guide to learn everything, but just everything, about breasts. What are breasts Let's start from the Abc of the senoe, that is what the breast is and how it is formed. The breast, which in medical jargon is more correctly called the breast, is a glandular organ with external secretion, resting on the muscle of the large pectoralis and separated from it by a layer of adipose tissue. Every human being, and specifically every woman, has two breasts, even if it is common to speak generally of breasts, wanting to indicate both breasts. What are the breasts like Altogether the breast is made up of three elements: lagoandola (located in the adipose tissue), the skin (i.e. the external part) and the nipple-areola complex. Its structure is called tubular-alveolar, i.e. it is formed by the so-called mammary berries and the so-called tubules that are grouped in groups called lobules, which, in turn, flow into the so-called lobes. To simplify everything, just imagine the udder as a bunch of grapes, where there are about 15-20 groups of berries, each of which ends in a galactophorus duct, which produces milk that is then conveyed to the nipple. Around the nipple, finally, there is the so-called areola, formed by sebaceous glands, which have the task of lubricating the area in a continuous way.
What does the breast size depend on You may have been wondering why you have a first and your friend has a fourth or vice versa and indeed there are reasons why one breast is bigger than another. First of all it is good to know that, for all girls, the development of the breast occurs during adolescence or puberty and usually at the arrival of the first menstruation. What influences the size of the breasts is first of all the genetic predisposition: it will be more likely to have large breasts if your mother and grandmother are also prosperous women, for example, even if this is not necessarily the case. How long do breasts grow? Usually the breasts start growing at the beginning of puberty, i.e. between 10 and 13 years. Breast growth then continues in the following years, and can continue at most until the age of 18-19. Obviously these times are generally very subjective and can vary from person to person. What is certain is that after the age of 19 we can make peace with it: we will not see our breasts grow substantially. Then, in the course of life, there are other factors that can contribute to increase or decrease the size of the breast: pregnancy, breastfeeding, substantial weight loss or increase, serious illnesses, age. The perfect breast does not exist Every girl dreams of a perfect, toned, tall, perfectly symmetrical breast, but in reality only those who ask for help from cosmetic surgery can get such a breast. In nature things are a bit different and it is very common to find slight or accentuated asymmetries between one breast and the other, so it could happen to have the left breast bigger than the right one. Especially in the developmental phase, it may even happen that only one breast begins to grow, but there is no need to be scared, it will soon be reached by the other. Breast controls, when to start Most women only start having their first breast check-ups (breast examinations, breast scans, mammograms) when the first pregnancy arrives, in fact all women, even if they do not become mothers, should take care of their breasts and undergo regular breast check-ups. Not only: many believe that up to 40-50 years of age breast examinations are not important or even useless, in fact, since girls always develop earlier, the recommended age to undergo specific check-ups has been brought forward: gynaecologists and ultrasound scanners, in fact, recommend to undergo a visit already around 25-30 years of age. Taking care of your breasts regularly, first of all with a breast examination and, if required by the specialist, with an ultrasound scan, helps to prevent tumours, inflammation and other diseases.
Breast palpation, how to do it A first breast check-up can be carried out at home, by means of what is known as breast auto palpation, but it is good to follow specific procedures to carry it out correctly. Breast palpation is used to detect changes in the breast, including the appearance of small nodules; it should be carried out every month, on the first day that menstruation stops. In front of the mirror, you lift your arms and start to observe the shape of your breasts to notice any changes evident to the naked eye, then with the hand opposite the breast chosen, you begin to perform a gentle palpation, with a circular movement of the hand, going to press lightly in every part of the breast: if you should feel something strange or different from usual, it is better to consult your doctor. Breast pain before the cycle If before the cycle arrives, you start to feel swelling, pain, discomfort, these are all symptoms of the so-called premenstrual syndrome, so there is no cause for alarm. In fact, it is the increase in progesterone during ovulation that causes these symptoms and all the discomfort should end with the arrival of menstruation. However, if the discomfort and swelling continue and the cycle is delayed, you may be pregnant: it is better to take a pregnancy test and consult your gynaecologist, obviously if there has been any risk of this. Breast and sexuality The breast is also an erogenous zone which, if stimulated, excites the woman and in very rare cases can lead her to orgasm. According to some studies, the stimulation of the nipple alone can lead to orgasm in 1% of women. Apart from this very low percentage, the breast remains a fundamental part of the body in foreplay and during every sexual intercourse.

Hey - did you ever meet Misha? He's a cute hamster and lives in an aquarium. Misha the Hamster is a Fish, just like Hassan the Asian muslim is European, and Sausage is made from...tofu? Dafuq... Meat-free meat. All vegans are destined to be virgins, or at least celibate and possibly incels, and that's a good thing because their vegetable seed will not spread and sprout new vegan plants.

OK, sarcasm aside - I asked a vegan once upon a time if they breastfeed Babies. Instead of answering me, it decided to be angry and demanded from me why shouldn't they according to me. The vegan is not getting enough protein in those sausages, baybee, if you know what I mean! Very hormonal!

I'm sorry I wasn't clear. I had an idea to post a collection of photos of young, childless women, comparing them to women who have had children. To highlight women who have not given birth and who have large breasts and even small breasts of course. And women who have given birth, with large and small breasts, that with pregnancy and breastfeeding, the breast has changed temporarily due to its function of producing milk. But then it returns to the size reached by growth. Obviously, I couldn't explain this in pictures. I didn't misunderstand you, and thank you for your attention. As far as hormones are concerned, what I wanted to say is to interfere with the growth process by starting the growth process again and stopping it once it has reached the desired size. This is possible but requires further scientific research. Here is an article on this.
Introduction A woman's breast augmentation is a phenomenon that can be considered completely natural and generally occurs during puberty, but not only that. The size of the breast, in fact, can increase even after puberty and, more precisely, in particular periods of life that are characterized by an increased synthesis of female hormones par excellence: estrogen. However, it should not be forgotten that the size of the female breast can also be increased artificially through the use of cosmetic surgery. Breast and Puberty Breast Augmentation in Puberty Breast augmentation accompanies particular moments in every woman's life, first and foremost puberty. During this period of psychic and bodily evolution, the two breasts undergo a significant increase (defined as "ark"), while in the male they maintain the rudimentary characteristics typical of the prepubertal period. At the end of adolescence, it is possible to appreciate significant differences in volume between the breasts of the various women. Generally, this variability is linked to a more or less generous deposition of fat in the pectoral adipose bearing; the development of glandular structures - a functional part of the breast as it is responsible for milk production - is less related to breast volume. Also for this reason, the amount of milk produced in the post-partum period is independent of the shape and size of the breast. For the same reason, it is common experience to observe a significant reduction in the number of breasts in women who - starting from a condition of overweight - are rapidly losing weight.
Breast Size Abnormalities When the hypertrophy or hypotrophy of the sinus is rather pronounced, we speak respectively of macromastiae micromastia (or hypoplasmaria). These alterations may affect the breast in its glandular and adipose components, albeit with different proportions; pubertal macromastia, for example, is mainly sustained by hypertrophy of the glands. Role of Hormones Role of Hormones in Breast Augmentation The pigmentation of the nipple of her areola, the development of glandular structures, as well as the breast augmentation that occurs during puberty, are linked to the increase in the levels of diestradiol, the main female sex hormone. In contrast, testosterone - the male counterpart - leads these structures to atrophy. It is not by chance, therefore, that men with low levels of testosterone are more likely to develop gynecomastia (abnormal development of breast size). Turning the matter upside down, an atrophy of the adult female breast can be accompanied by an increase in facial and body hair; this disorder, called hirsutism, is often caused by an exaggerated production of androgens. Even small changes in volume and turgidity of the breast during the menstrual cycle can be attributed to changes in circulating steroidisexual fluid. Many women, for example, experience a slight increase in their breasts, accompanied by annoying tension, in the pre-menstrual period; this condition is caused by fluid retention, the result of the relative excess of estrogen compared to progesterone.
Phytoestrogens and Estrogens Phytoestrogens and Estrogens to Increase Breast Size The positive action of oestradiol on breast augmentation is exploited in the production of various phytoestrogen-based products, dedicated to the vast female public who are eager to enhance their décolleté without using a scalpel. In fact, as we have had the opportunity to analyze in the course of the articles dedicated to aifitoestrogens and soy isoflavones, the similar estrogenic effect of these substances is about a thousand times less than their endogenous counterpart. Therefore, to expect to increase the size of one's breasts by using these products is rather, I dare say unconsciously, optimistic. On the other hand, one cannot even think about taking synthetic oestrogens, because - in addition to an increased risk of breast cancer - hormonal disruption would cause major problems for the whole organism. It should be noted that some women unintentionally achieve breast augmentation by taking certain types of contraceptive pills containing estrogen. Breast and Pregnancy Breast Augmentation in Pregnancy During pregnancy, the increase in plasma progesterone estrogen levels, thanks to ovarian and especially placental activity, leads to hypertrophy of the udder; in particular, there is a simultaneous development of secretive alveoli (progesterone), adipose tissue, galactophore ducts and their ramifications (estrogen). It is unusual that these hormones, while inducing hypertrophic changes in the breast, inhibit the secretion of milk; the latter will instead be stimulated by the prolactin hormone.

I think he means gaping where people fist themselves and try to fit the largest dildo inside of them as you'll see in porn. I dont think gaping is pleasant at all just from the look of it. To arouse sexual satisfaction from that is questionable to me. Some porn actors with mildly sized dildos looks alright as their body looks shaped to it and it doesnt seem extreme. As far as gaping though i think doing the root look should help and keep your sphincter muscles as well as any other muscle there strong, tight, and durable. Im not a thumbs up to gaping though. A moderate(normal) size dildo or penis gape(hole) should not cause you trouble if you take care of yourself.

Please, avoid sharing naked pictures on here.

1. Naked pictures are for private life, not public communities.
2. There are underage people on her and the enemy might take it as yet another excuse to attack the forums.

You're right, my mistake. My idea was not to post images of erotic and nudity, I wanted to make an anatomical breast demonstration of what I wanted to say. Thank you Stormblood for warning me about illegal and such. I absolutely do not want to pur in danger our beloved JOS site.
