A Simple Piece of Advice

I don't want to be one to use a cliche to help new people and those struggling; however, a piece of advice that I have given before can be summed up in 6 little words in a phrase which has existed already - fake it until you make it.

I've said to others to just do the meditations and workings, even if you don't believe it is working. It might feel like a waste of time, and you might have to not only convince yourself but out-right lie to yourself that it is worth it and it is working... Fake it until you make it, yes?

Every small bit of thing you do, whatever it is, adds up, builds up. "Take care of the pennies, and the pounds will look after themselves." You have to start somewhere, so start now. "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago." It's not a waste of time. Every bit of thing - both positive and negative - helps you to go somewhere sooner or later.

Fake it until you make it.

Very nice piece of advice. I've got an advice too that is quite relevant to what you said above

The mind always tends to rely on past experiences to create so when you want to create positivity but you've always been so negative it'll most likely always ''fail'' if you don't keep a void mind.
When you say faking it it's about making these affirmations.
Even when being realistic and looking back at what didn't work you don't have to reaffirm the facts you observe you can simply stay void and then when you look at something positive you want to create you might as well state and create sentences to reaffirm this idea. Thus, only creating inner dialogue about what's useful/positive and staying void/refraining from reaffirm the negative stuff you become aware of.
:D

At the risk of having an all-cliché advice column in a magazine - if we learn from the mistakes, of course, lol.
