About vibration to open the 8th and 9th Shoulder Chakras

I am Bangladeshi. My language is Bangla. For this, I am confused about how to vibrate "zzzzzzz". When I vibrate the word of power, I can't adjust the vibration with my tongue. Mistakely I vibrated sssssss.
Please give me the vibration audio so that I can vibrate the word of power correctly.

ssssss happons more in the mouth while
zzzzzz comes from the throat. if that makes sense

See in my signature for the JoSM Links link, to download the Runes, which you can play in your media player. For ÜRUZ, for example, it gives help as to how to vibrate the Zed. Notice Zed is vibrated more like TSSSS. (If it is pronounced differently for these Chakras, then I didn't know.)
