Because it 2:20AM and i’m full of energy, I’m not sleepy at all. I’m have been trying to sleep since 10PM and all this time i’m was just laying on my bed trying to sleep i’m a bit scared.
I don’t know wtf is going on. And i woke up at 8AM and i want to sleep to not miss up my sleeping schedule

Try not to do meditations right before bed, you will load yourself with energy and this energy will keep you awake. Try to meditate at least 2 hours before bed. I've dealt with this myself multiple times before. When laying in bed try
void meditation, just quieten your mind and take deep breaths to try and relax yourself and allow any energies to settle and calm down.

Do you block the blue light from your lights any electronic screens? The blue light from the sun corresponds to noon, therefore blasting yourself with blue light before sleep is the easiest way to prevent melatonin secretion. You can get some cheap and effective blue blocking-glasses off Amazon. The Uvex ones are pretty good and cheap, for example. Otherwise, look into software filtering for your devices.
