Sometimes out of nowhere I have these visual flashbacks that last less than second where I am presented with a quick snapshot of a moment from a past dream. Usually its a 1-10 frame landscape from dreams that occurred years ago. No external stimuli triggers this as far as I know. Does anyone else have this? I would also describe it as a memory hiccup

Chances are you are being guided to bring attention to something and explore it further in order to discover something important, or perhaps you are doing something in the moment that correlates to the memory of this dream. Perhaps the next time it happens try to think back on the specified dream and figure out what might possibly be so important about it, follow your gut feeling.
