Where can i start to learn magick? I don’t have access to candles or any physical tools so where can i find education about magick?

You don't need candles or physical tools. Read over the website until you understand what "magick" actually is. Learn about energy. About meditating and producing energy. You have to learn to walk before you can run.
All the information you need is on that website or has been talked about here. The basis of all power comes from knowledge, so start gathering some.
