From my understanding this guy as well as buddha are allegories and stages of development of the soul or person. Like how the fat golden laughing buddha is sybolic to the swelling large amounts of energy. When looked at some books and others, i thought the buddha represented the solar chakra in fashion as the buddha golden body or the soul light body made of gold or empowered stood out to me as such.

Like in falun gong who hongzhi also mentions the buddha frequently and his three laws which actually correlate with other important points(dont recall) and how mantak chi description in one of his books shows three stars or (which i thought) could be the three laws or the solar plexus.

Before HP Maxine brought out the solar plexus and the orbit, i previous focus and tried to stay in tune with the solar plexus throughtout being attack by the enemy and results were satisfactory.

I could be wrong about this, just what i concluded from connecting the dots, which hopefully dosent make a thumbs down.

Bodhidharma was an Aryan aristocrat who went further east and created the Shaolin system. A lot of his life is allegory. The years in the cave are the activation of the pineal gland and such. However his system was based on the 72 perfections were related to purification of the nadis. However this has been all corrupted.

The Blue Eyed Barbarian Monk is an old designation for the Buddhist patriarch Bodhidharma, founder of the meditation order which emigrated from India to China in 520. He had vainly stared at a rock wall for nine years before the 'Heavenly Eye’ opened within him, his persistence bringing success. The Monk (the Friend of Tao) is admonished to show similar endurance and direct his vision downwards to the centre of life and warmth (approximately at the height of the solar plexus and navel) where the source of the three main pulses and the twelve subsidiary pulses is to be found. This immersion of the gaze and thoughts in the Vital centre is known as ploughing. Hence, he takes on another aspect in the painting lower down, in the form of the Cowherd.

The relationship between the activation of the pineal and the solar is shown here.
