In the old forums HP Maxine gave us an awesome meditation but I am having trouble finding it.
The meditation went something like pulling in energy from the front of your body, holding your breathe then vibrate SATANAS. Then do the same but on the back side of your body. Then the same but breathe in from both front and back. Then from the top half of your body, then bottom of your body, etc.
Does anyone remember what I am referring to?
