Help with organization and structure?

This question is aimed mostly at people who were formerly messy and disorganised but have learned to how to organise themselves, especially these subcategories:

• how to optimise available time
• how to make short-, medium-, and long-term plans (including 5-year plans and stuff like that)
• how to build daily, weekly, monthly and yearly schedules
• how to prioritise

I didn't choose naturally-born organised people because my experience with asking them help is they tend to be very vague and thus result unhelpful. Of course, that doesn't mean every who was born organised is necessarily this: it's just my experience with those I asked over the course of the months.

If anyone is willing and capable of helping me learn this much-needed skill, I would be very glad and grateful.

It seems to me you got this all under control.

There are 24 hours in a day.
Take the time on your: Meditation, meal preparation, eating, work or school, training (like weight lifting etc), showering and sleeping. Also include the time you spend grocery shopping, and traveling between work or school.

There are weekdays and there are weekends. Make time to relax and have fun and so forth during both. It helps your overall health and happiness.

When starting your day, make sure to do the things you've put up before having fun, relaxing etc. Or the other way around if you're the type of person that needs to do that before you work.

Something can come up, like sermons from the clergy or something you need to do, something you just figured out, study, crisis, whatever... I read this quote a place "The key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities."

As with most things practice is the best way to find out what works best for you.

Please let me know if this helped you or not, and ask me any question you might have.

In regards to changing unwanted behavior, we are what we repeatedly do. Humans are naturally like that. We get stuck in our habits. I've had many bad habits that I've successfully overcome, but I did it by two things. One, REALLY WANTING to change and that was a huge factor. Wanting it, and then two, understanding the new behavior I wanted to adopt and then doing just that. Being disciplined with myself until the new behavior became habit.

Discipline, discipline, discipline. Other than that there is no magic secret or anything to change. Just understand you're making a lifestyle adjustment. You have to give up your old ways and realise your life is changing from here forward. For the better.
