Authenticity of Zweites Buch "Hitler's 2nd bok"

Hello. According to David Irving (himself possibly a dubious historian who skirts around the jewish issues) the Zweites Buch was genuine. Is this true? I have heard the book is a fake and was made by eg. british m16 etc
