I wanted to do some Breath of Fire since I didn't do it much lately and I realized the video is Private now in JOS page.

Anyone can recommend another video from youtube?

I've seen so far 2 different vids and both show 2 different way of doing.

From JoS - 1. Contract your abdominal muscles, forcefully, creating an exhale, by pumping your stomach muscles in and out, hard and fast, but controlled. Air will enter the top part of your lungs by itself. Use the rapid contractions of your abdominal muscles to inhale and exhale with this exercise. The contractions should be rhythmic.

Vid1: The lady says to forcing the stomach out (inhale) and focing stomach in (Exhale) ..

Vid2: says the other way around forcig stomach out (Exhale) and forcing stomach in( Inhale)

So which one is the right one?

Both are just bullshit corruptions.

You do it like described on the JoS page. It really shouldn't be that difficult to understand.

Ignore the part at the end where she says to just inhale and exhale deeply once. That's also a corruption. Refer to the JoS page on how to correctly finish a round of the breath of fire.
The rest, aka the main breathing technique, is correctly executed in the video.

Btw the pdf's in your signature doesn't work. Don't know if its my android the problem or links doesn't work.

Says cannot open but I got plenty pdf's from jos that opens with no problem :/.

That's weird, I just tested them and they work fine for me. Perhaps try using a different browser when downloading it. It's possible that some browsers mess up the file extension on download. If you're a little tech savvy you can also change the file extension to ".pdf" yourself and it should work just fine. Let me know if you need help.
