First thing I noticed 3 ums write a script so you can read from it fluently without interruption until you get good at freestyling you will get good with practice

You said your name I would take it down and redo the audio without your name or even better edit the first part out create an video with what you want to say in beginning and then merge the two videos together

One...erm...problem I...erm...have come across...erm...no end of times, and for...erm...whatever reason it...erm...is always Americans, or those who speak...erm... American, is that...erm...they have no idea what...erm...they're taking about. I expect you...erm...catch my drift.

People will want to stop watching after the first 30 seconds, there is no confidence in your voice and keep saying uhms, as others said create a script and improve your speech.

Also, straight to the point videos, nobody will ever watch 30 minutes of your phone, say everything in less words and cut the length of these videosm.
