Hello everyone :)

I think we can use the Windows calculator to keep track easier of the meditation repetitions.

Say we want to vibrate SATANAMA 40 times for example. Open the windows calculator and ensure it is on zero. USE THE KEYBOARD ONLY. While on zero press PLUS (+) and then press 1. Then just keep hitting ENTER for each rep. You just have to take a look at the screen from time to time :)

Theirs apps on android/windows phone that have tally counters on them that are really good, they even play a sound for every tap, you can set the limit, and it plays a different sound for the limit too to make you aware that you've reached your goal.

Also you can buy a tally counter for like 2 dollars from amazon or perhaps a sporting goods.

Ive been using this technique for a long time, now that i think about it its probably good for empowering the hand chakras too..

Use your fingers.. ill explain
----
The Index, Middle, Ring and Pinky fingers are comprised of three Phalanges: Proximal, Intermediate, and Distal, this is what allows the fingers to bend
https://goo.gl/images/jyCGku
---
Place your thumb upon the phalanges to keep count
---
I start with my right hand, on completion of first affirmation, I place my thumb upon my Pinky Proximal Phallange, the pad on the pinky closest to the hand

Successive affirmations looks like this
Pinky proximal(1)>
pinky intermediate(2)>
pinky distal(3)>
ring prox(4)>
ring int(5)>
ring distal(6)>
mid prox(7)>
mid int(8)>
mid dist(9)>
Index prox(10)>
Index int(11)>
Index dist(12)

You have two hands so its easy to keep exact count with simple multiplication

If your affirmation is a multiple of 9, upon reaching Mid Distal, place your left hand thumb on the pinky proximal so that you know you completed 9 affirmations

Restart your right hand at 0, and complete 9 more affirmations, your thumb reaching Mid Distal

Add 1 to your right hand, placing your right hand thumb on Pinky Intermediate, Indicating you have completed 2*9(18) affirmations

So if your left hand reaches the Index Distal, you will know you have completed 12*9 affirmations, 108

So you thumbs will be placed on your left hand Index Distal(12), and your right hand Mid Distal(9)
----
Sorry tried to explain as well as possible
----
I have practiced this technique without my thumbs, using energy in place of my thumbs, though Im still not advanced enough to keep full concentration on both my working and the energy within the fingers.
----
I dont want to give false truth, but one day I was focusing on Thoth, and the message I believe he gave me, was to practice counting with energy.

This I believe is how we can become human calculators. And even how we can recall entire books from memory.
Keeping count with energy.

A way you can do it where you don't have to be near a computer is use a Tarot deck. As long as the vibrations aren't too high, and even then you could just use a multiple of the number of vibrations and just go through the deck multiple times. Like for instance 100 vibrations, draw out 50 cards and for each vibration deal a card. Once you've exhausted all 50 cards repeat the process once more.

This serves two goals. One, helps you keep count of your vibrations and two, over time, since your using energy, you're establishing a stong connection with your cards and you'll notice readings will improve.
