The talk about the Internet being regulated with not being able to access sites, or with sites loading so slowly that they time-out, is happening already. Trying to go to a particular site of the UK while using a proxy/VPN with the IP address from another country gives me a false "504 Gateway Time-out" error. What makes this a bunch of lollage is that it "timed-out" immediately. One would think a time-out would be...after a time, as opposed to being immediate. Oops. I've just tipped them off now, so now they're going to implement that deliberately... :roll:
