I've been seeing shadows and i realized they r of the enemy . thoughtforms and elementals. I clean my aura daily this helps me a lot in detaching them from me but my question is how can I destroy them? I try to burn them but they're really fast so is there a way we can kill/destroy them using someway???

What I do to kill fast enemies is to make small dense particles of energy and "will" them to strike my targets and disintegrate them from the inside out. You don't actually try to "hit" the target but rather just tell the energy to hit it. This way the energy hits them instantly regardless of where they are or which way they try to dodge.
No idea if this works for others but I figured I might aswell share it.

Then let me ask you this. If we can use things like runes to destroy or permanently remove problems and hang ups we have just (and also cannot point at and see) by affirming "so and so" is "no more" or is "completely and permanently destroyed in a way that benefits me personally" Then why wouldn't this same thing apply to any other work of magick? Meditation is simply self applied magick friend. Any energy can be programmed like this.

Have you tried doing the usual Vinasa banishing rituals?

And definitely make sure you do an 88, 111, or 216 repetition AoP every day along with returning curses parts one and two when appropriate.

Often the best way to make these particular "shadow" thoughtforms go away is to cease acknowledging them with void meditation and ignoring them altogether after you tell them that they're wasting their time. Thoughtforms feed off of thought energy, so thoughts directed at them and attention given to them allows them to continue running, while a lack of attention towards them will deprive them of energy and cause them to dissipate. It's just like a malicious program within an operating system, if you cut off the flow of system resources to it, the malware can no longer operate and will self-terminate, in this case the resources the thoughtform uses are your very own thoughts.

Before you attack them I would like to tell you something.

1. You should be positive it is actually an enemy and not a spirit or something friendly.

2. Many times the best thing to do is ignore the beings and not give them your time or energy.

3. If you do decide to destroy or attack them(which in most circumstances I would advice against) Be sure to protect yourself beforehand and to clean your aura and soul afterwards. These enemies won't just sent back and be destroyed they will fight back. They may possibly be weak but for 1 of you there are a hundred of them.

Also in regards to my previous post. There are other beings who live on earth too called "elementals" Just elemental beings like humans but instead of possessing 5 elements they posses less. These beings usually will not bring harm to a person unless you attack them which is why I advice words of caution against attacking unless you are sure they are an enemy. Also don't communicate with beings who are not of Satan unless you are advanced enough to distinguish friend from foe.

Not quite. Think of energies of devouring and of gluttony. Have an image in mind of energies that will ruthlessly devour anything you tell them to. I treat it like small, dense, single-use thoughtforms that you dont go through the trouble of naming. Each of them looks round and about 1cm in diameter. Orange-ish energies. I send them with the intention of hitting and penetrating the target, then devouring them from the inside out using their own energy as fuel. I also add a simple kill-switch to ensure they self-destruct after destroying the target.

Make sure that any such "transmutation" of negative energy is solely done by the little balls of energy. It needs to be external and not connected to you in any way. The little balls need to self-destruct after killing their target, otherwise you risk getting negative energy attached to yourself which can go bad very quickly. Take care.
