It's quite some time that i wanted to try Maha Bandha and today i tried it and i have to say that after i've done it i felt energy coming out of my Solar chakra. Does anybody has some experiences with this? And does anybody know more about this?

Well in mantak chias book multiorgasmic men the chin lock is used to get the energy from the head in the sun chakra.
If you did cultivate to much sexual energy in your head 6,7,8 chakras. In the book if i recal right he only says head.

maha bandha is all 3 locks combined or the great lock from this video:

if you want to work with the upper chakras 6, 7 ,8 it may be good to leave the chin lock out.
But if you only want to work with the sun chakra this is a good technice.
