I've been trying to access the groups-archive.com websites. Unfortunately it seems that one needs to sign in to access it.

Is it like this for everyone else and also can this be changed??

Basically we want to like update this, so yes, it is temporarily closed. Will open when the update is done. The latest backup was obsolete by months. If we manage to update it, it will be opened again. It's a bit of a big chore.

Finally, an answer.

Maybe you could edit the sign-in dialogue box to say it is closed temporarily, which would be very clear!
